By using the HeartSave Africa app and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

HeartSave Africa is an emergency response coordination platform. You agree not to submit false emergency reports, misuse responder alerts, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Abuse of the emergency system may endanger lives and is grounds for immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software within HeartSave Africa are owned by or licensed to GLE-Connect Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Data and privacy

Use of HeartSave Africa is subject to our Privacy Policy. We apply robust security measures, but no system can guarantee absolute protection.

8. Medical disclaimer & limitation of liability

HeartSave Africa is a coordination and guidance tool — it does not replace professional medical care. CPR and AED guidance is provided in good faith but outcomes depend on user action, device condition, and clinical factors beyond our control. GLE-Connect Ltd is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified in-app with the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
